Cross media entrepreneur.
Because life is one enormous playground I decided many years ago that I wanted to be in control of the games I wanted to play. I started my first company in 1998 and became a freelance consultant. In my consultancy jobs, I was always focused on the gray area of sales and product development. I couldn’t make a choice of becoming an IT-professional or a Business Developer. This hesitation forced me in a role that was not yet defined, but witch I like most. My approach is Business Development, where software Solutions are a result and sales is the way to get there.
In 2002 I stepped into the Music Industry, the first digital platforms were started. The first product I developed, was a solution for royalty management of Labels and Publishers. This product was sold worldwide. We achieved to get an approval from CRMMA for post royalty payment, when labels where using the software. When piracy was common and put a lot of pressure on the labels, I started to work on the first white labeled digital distribution platform. The way we enrolled this platform was significantly different from our competitors, that we still are leading this market in market share and conceptual vision.
Next to Aim 4 Music I am working on projects where Internet, Cross Media and Business Development are prominent.
From a creative perspective a work closely together with “Studio Beer” where insights of different issues can be brought up in a really short time frame. New and complex matters become fun and are clear before you realize. All new initiatives do have the same problem, get all people involved pointing out in the same direction, and of course the right direction. The “Studio Beer” approach is effective and has a tremendous proven price/ quality, that I recommend this method in every start up.
I am open for new projects, where IT, Business, Cross Media, Internet and Music come together and all possible combinations.
